There’s always something on our wishlists, but this year I’m actually setting achieveable goals.
No, not a Birkin (although it would be nice).
1. Floor length mirrors
For someone who buys and sells clothes for a living, you’d think I’d own a floor length mirror!
I have a flimsy stick on style mirror from K-Mart that doesn’t even capture a full body length.
I am dreaming of having a floor length mirror on each side of my bed. I’m a sucker for symmetry. My ceilings are quite high and that will help make use of the space on an otherwise empty wall. Remember kids, first home; I don’t have everything set up how I’d like it just yet!
These are the two mirrors I’m after - $149 ea from Fantastic Furniture.
2. A black everyday handbag
After finding my perfect handbag style on my honeymoon in Spain (Longchamp Roseau Medium Patent Tote), I’ve devised a plan to get a similar structured style in classic black.
My ultimate dream bag is the Louis Vuitton Capucines MM in the colour galet but I don’t have a small $7k lying around to get it. Ha.
So, I have not found the actual bag yet! This for me is a pretty long process of playing with the bags and testing my items inside to see how they fit.
I’ll keep you posted!
My beloved Longchamp
LV Capucines MM - so dreamy
And that’s about it, folks. I’m pretty content with my possessions and I’m saving for a New York holiday.
I’ve started an Anchor station! Hooray! With all of my broadcasts, I’ve been saving them as podcast episodes which are available on iTunes.
Jessica Pizzin: Fashion Chats & Working From Home Podcast.
They’re always 5 minutes or under so they’re just enough babble to fill in a short amount of time.
Feel free to give it a little listen, it’s very general and on a chitchat style basis.
Wow and wow! Did I say wow? These dresses are some of the most beautiful I’ve ever seen!
Here’s a portion of the Luisa Beccaria Spring Summer 2018 Resort collection.
I’ve fallen in love with the ethereal fluttery fabrics, the gorgeous silhouettes, the femininity of the designs and the softness overall.
Please enjoy them. You won’t be disappointed.
