milk and honey - rupi kaur

On a recent trip to Melbourne, I picked up a book I've been wanting to buy for a while now. Milk and Honey by Rupi Kaur.

The book is ah-mazing!

I cried. I cried for her trauma, her love, her loss and her healing.

I recommend this book for both women and men as an eye opener and to simply feel.
